Moreton-in-Marsh Show is a one day agricultural show held in the heart of the Cotswolds. The 2012 Moreton-in-Marsh Show will be held on Saturday 1st September and is a truly great day out for the whole family.

The Show is held in a parkland setting with no permanent buildings, so it is built up in the traditional way with marquees and hurdle pens giving a true country show atmosphere.

Dogs

Dogs are allowed on the showground with fixed leads only. No dogs to be left in cars. There are dog watering points throughout the showground.

Lost & Found

If you lose a child on the showground please report immediately to a steward or the police. Similarly if you find a lost child please report to a steward or the police as soon as possible. If you lose any valuables on the showground please report to the Secretary’s Office. Please do not leave your belongings unattended at any time.

Refreshments

We have food and drink outlets throughout the showground.

Rubbish

There are numerous rubbish bins around the showground -please dispose of your rubbish thoughtfully.

Security

Please heed the instructions of any stewards or security officers or police and act upon them immediately.

For those people who may be less able bodied:

  • Forward Parking - If you require forward parking you must bring and display your blue badge - the side showing the photograph must be shown when entering the carpark but you should leave the other side showing when parked.
  • Medical Assistance - if you require medical help either report to any Steward or to the Secretary's Tent. Medical facilities are available on the showground all day.
  • Motorised Buggies/wheel chairs - if you have bought your own wheelchair / buggie with you please advise the car parking attendants when you arrive, as space will need to be allowed for unloading/loading.
    If you require the use of an electric scooter or a manual wheelchair, please see the following document regarding Event Mobility.
  • Terrain - There are no steps on the showground - it is all on one level, but care should be taken as the surface can be uneven in places.
  • Tickets - We are unable to offer discounted tickets other than the purchase of Advanced Tickets.
  • Toilets - Disabled toilets are available at various points on the showground - for further information please see map.
  • Viewing Area - a viewing area is provided on the North side of the Grand Arena.
