Trade stand bookings for the 2019 show are now live and we anticipate the available space to sell out by late Spring.
06/03/19 UPDATE Craft and Retail tents are now fully booked. Any bookings that come in after 6th March 2019 will be automatically placed on a waiting list, if you would like to be added to this waiting list manually, please contact us.

Catering and drinks outlet information
There is a tender process for the majority of the catering/beverage/ice cream and sweet provision across the event (approximately 30 units) part of this is that we are only allowed to accommodate approximately 10 other suppliers in our local catering or Horse areas. For 2019 these spaces have now been allocated.
If you would like to be considered for any of the catering tenders or a stand in the local catering area for 2020 please contact Melissa Harrison via the below details.
