TRADE APPLICATIONS FOR THE 2024 SHOW WILL OPEN IN JANUARY 

New Trade Stand Applications

If you did not have a trade stand at the 2023 Moreton Show, but would be interested in applying for trade space at the 2024 Show. Please email showground@moretonshow.co.uk and ask to be added to our 2024 trade stand invitation list. Invitations to book trade space will be emailed out in January 2024. 

Previous Trade Stand Holders

If you had a trade stand at the 2023 Moreton-in-Marsh Show you will be contacted in Januray and supplied with access to the online trade stand application form. 

General Information

Prior to making your application, please ensure you read the trade stand Rules and Regulations Information booklet below. We have a high volume of enquiries into our small office and during busy times we rely on you reading information that has been made available to you.

With regards to picking your pitch we do not have a system whereby you can select a numbered stand; you can instead pick the Zone you would like to trade in, and we will do our best to accommodate you. Each year Moreton Show sells out of its trade stand space, so you are advised to make your booking as soon as you can in order to secure a space. If we are in a situation whereby, we have sufficient numbers already booked on of a particular stand we may contact you to go on a waiting list instead – it is not in the best interests of anyone to be saturated with one type of product at the show. We do not complete the floorplan until early June, so we cannot confirm your exact position until then. Joining instructions with all your final access information and tickets etc, are sent out approxiametly 1 month prior to the show date. This is all undertaken electronically, nothing will be sent to you in the post, please ensure we have the correct email address that you access.

Full payment for your stand is required at the time of booking. Once you have booked your stand space for 2024 you should receive an acknowledgement email within 5 days, please contact showground@moretonshow.co.uk if this has not arrived.  Your booking cannot be processed nor is your space confirmed until we recieve your health and safety and insurance information.

WIFI will be provided by Attend2IT. Following the submission of a completed trade stand application an email will be sent with a link to the Attend2IT WIFI booking portal. The connection for the first device will cost £5 inc VAT.

Catering and Bar Outlet Information

There is a tender process for the majority of the catering/beverage/ice cream and sweet provision across the event (approximately 30 units) part of this is that we are allowed to accommodate a hand full of other suppliers in horse competition area.  If you would like to be considered for any of the catering tenders, please get in touch using the contact details below.
