Horse Exhibitor Information
NO TICKETS OR PASSES ARE ISSUED TO HORSE EXHIBITORS: all exhibitors and grooms in vehicles carrying horses will be admitted free. Please print out your confirmation email and display in front of Vehicle to allow admittance into the Horse Lorry Park, Gate 3. Vehicles other than horseboxes must park in the public parking areas and personnel not holding passes will be charged normal prices at the gate.
Two admission tickets will be sent out to all exhibitors who have declared that owners will be travelling separately on their entry form. Additonal tickets are available through the on-line entry form.
HORSE NUMBERS: to save time we advise exhibitors to print their numbers out before the show using the link in the confirmation email. However horse numbers can be picked up from the secretary’s tent on show day upon production of your confirmation email.
VACCINATIONS: Please note, following advice from the British Equine Federation and the Association of Show and Agricultural Organisations, the following rule regarding equine vaccinations has been put in place for all horses on showground at this year’s show;
Horses must have been vaccinated to comply with the requirements of the primary course (1st vaccination and then 2nd vaccination between 21-92 days later), followed by the first booster (150-215 days) and all subsequent boosters. Horses may compete having received the primary course and prior to the first booster but not within 7 days of receiving a vaccine dose.Horses must have been vaccinated within 6 months before the show but not less than 7 days of arriving at the show. PASSPORT CHECKS MAY BE CARRIED OUT ON SHOWGROUND DURING THE SHOW. No refunds will be given to any entries made that are unable to follow the Vaccination rule
PARKING: All horse boxes and horse trailers should follow the pink signs to gate 3 and park in the Horse Lorry Park.
