Trade Stands

We are now fully booked for trade stands for the 2019 show.  If you have not yet made a booking for 2019 and would like to be placed on a waiting list please send us an email (details below).  We ocassionally have cancellations and can fit stands in but this is often with short notice.

If you have booked a stand you will have received a confirmation email.  Further pre-event information will be sent out in early August to include tickets, passes, information about onsite services and setup.

Catering and drinks outlet information

There is a tender process for the majority of the catering/beverage/ice cream and sweet provision across the event (approximately 30 units) part of this is that we are only allowed to accommodate approximately 10 other suppliers in our local catering or Horse areas.  For 2019 these spaces have now been allocated. 

If you would like to be considered for any of the catering tenders or a stand in the local catering area for 2020 please contact us after this years show.
