2020 Trade stand enquiries
If you are a 2019 exhibitor you will be automatically contacted with the opportunity to reserve your pitch when the trade stand bookings go live in January. Existing trade stands have a 2 week window to re-book before the booking process is opened up to new stands.
If you did not exhibit at Moreton Show in 2019 and are either a returning trade stand, or a completely new trade stand please email email@example.com to be added to the invite list. Once existing trade stands have had the opportunity to book you will be emailed when the system goes live to book a stand.
Bookings are taken on a first come first served basis and usually stands are sold out by the end of May.
Catering and drinks outlet information
The majority of the showground catering is provided as part of a tender - the current tenders are being renewed in 2020 for 3 years provision. To be eligible to be considered you will need to be able to provide multiple units. If you would like to be considered for the catering/bars/ice cream tenders please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your details to recieve information when it is available.
In addition to the tenders, there are 9 pitches available for local catering units which must be from providers within 20 miles of the show - these will be booked annually, on a first come first served basis. If you would like to apply for one of these pitches then please contact email@example.com to recieve information when the online booking system is available.
