2020 Trade stands

Trade stand booking is now live, as of mid March we have approximately 40 trade stands left - we no longer have any local catering pitches left or any stands in our CRAFT MARQUEE (there are still stands in the food hall but this is not for catering service, only take away consumption)  if you book on after 11.03.20 and select either of these pitches your stand will be cancelled and if you pay, you will pay cancellation charges.  If you would like to go on a waiting list for the Craft marquee please contact Melissa by email below, we regret we have recieved so much interest in local catering allready we will not be keeping a waiting list for this.

To apply for a stand in other areas please use our online booking system which can be accessed via the link below, you can only make a confirmed booking so please consider this carefully as cancellation charges now apply.  Prior to making your application please ensure you read the Trade stand information booklet below. We have a high volume of enquiries into our small office and during busy times we rely on you reading information that has been made available to you.

With regards to picking your pitch we do not have a system whereby you can select a numbered stand, you can instead pick the Zone you would like to trade in and we will do our best to accommodate you. Each year Moreton Show sells out of its trade stand space so you are advised to make your booking as soon as you can in order to secure a space. If we are in a situation whereby we have sufficient numbers already booked on of a particular stand we may contact you to go on a waiting list instead – it is not in the best interests of anyone to be saturated with one type of product at the show. We do not draw the floorplan until early May so we cannot confirm your exact position until then. Joining instructions with all your final access information and tickets etc, are sent out 1 month prior to the show date. This is all undertaken electronically now so please ensure we have the details of the email address that you access.

Full payment for your stand is required as soon as possible and by no later than 1st June 2020. Payment can be made by PayPal during the booking process, by BACS, by card or by printing off a paper copy and sending a cheque made payable to Moreton Show to the Office.  Once you have booked your stand space for 2020 you should receive an acknowledgement email within 7 days, please contact showground@moretonshow.co.uk if this has not arrived.  Your booking cannot be processed nor is your space confirmed until we recieve your payment and your health and safety information.
