VIEW THE 2024 FINAL HORSE TIMETABLE AND JUDGES LIST WITH CHANGES 2024 CLASS ENTRY NUMBERS
PLEASE NOTE - NO ADDITIONS OR AMENDMENTS TO ENTRIES WILL NOW BE ACCEPTED
JUDGE CHANGE: Mr Gary Parr will now be the ride judge for Class 12 HOYS Small Show Hunter. Mrs Sharon Thomas will now be the show judge for Class 31 HOYS M&M Ridden Welsh Section C. Mr Jordan Cook will now be the ride judge for Class 6 HOYS British Ridden and Classes 14&15 HOYS Ridden Cobs. We would like to thank these judges for stepping in last minute to judge for us at the show. Please see Judges list above.
TIMETABLE CHANGE: The Fancy Dress has been cancelled due to lack of entries. Class 7 RIHS Open Amatuer Hunter has been moved to follow Class 9 in the Sezincote ring and Classes 41 - 45 will be running in small to large order, i.e Junior 122cm upwards. Please see timetable above.
EXHIBITOR PACKS: Horse Vehicle Passes, Exhibitor Wristbands and Horse Numbers were sent out on Friday 30th August to the exdhibitor address on your entry form. For those that ticked that owners are travelling seperately, e-tickets will be emailed out to the owners email address. Some Exhbitor packs will have wristband vouchers that will need re-deeming for wristbands at the entrance to the horse walk.
HORSE EXHIBITOR PASSES: Exhibitor wristbands will be given out for all Horse Exhibitors and their grooms. No one will be allowed access onto the show field (via the horse walk) from the Horsebox Park without a wristband. The first horse entered will receive 3 wristbands and then a further 2 wristbands will be given for an additional horse on the SAME entry. Some Exhbitor packs will have wristband vouchers that will need re-deeming for wristbands at the entrance to the horse walk.
PLEASE NOTE: EXHIBTIOR WRISTBANDS WILL NOT GIVE ACCESS INTO THE SHOW THROUGH THE MAIN PAY GATES.
HORSE PARKING: Please follow the instructions that you have been given on your exhibitor pack carefully. SHOWING competitors will enter through Gate 3 off the Batsford lane (follow pink signs) and park in Gate 3 Horsebox Park, SHOWJUMPING, ARENA EVENTING and PAIRS RELAY competitiors will enter off the Dorn lane (follow yellow M signs) and park in the Dorn Horsebox park. NO VEHICLES OTHER THAN HORSEBOXES/TOWING VEHICLES WILL BE ADMITTED INTO THE HORSEBOX PARK – other vehicles can park for free in the Public Car Parks. Personnel not holding tickets will be charged normal prices at the pay on foot entrance gate. Additional tickets can be purchased in advance through the show website www.moretonshow.co.uk.
PLEASE CHECK YOUR ENTRY DETAILS CAREFULLY AS ANY MISTAKES WHICH MAY RESULT IN YOUR ENTRY BEING DEEMED INELIGIBLE BY THE RELEVANT SOCIETY WILL NOT BE REFUNDED - YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR OWN ENTRY - PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL REGISTRATION NUMBERS AND NAMES ARE CORRECT AND THAT ALL OWNERS AND RIDERS ARE MEMBERS OF THE RELEVANT SOCIETY
STABLING: No stabling is provided on the Showground.
DOGS: Dogs are allowed on the showground on fixed leads only. No dogs should be left in cars.
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU CHECK THE FINAL TIMETABLE AND LEAVE PLENTY OF TIME TO GET TO THE SHOW FOR YOUR CLASS AS REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN FOR MISSED CLASSES.
