10:00am Cakes by Desire - Kate Hunter, specialist in beautiful, bespoke cakes.

11:00am CHOCOLATE Genie - Chocolate Workshop with founder Yvonne Everest.

12:00pm Wild Thyme & FarmEd - Professional Chef, Nick Pullen, from Wild Thyme and FarmEd - Nick will demo a dish using seasonal ingredients, FarmEd will talk about their role in regenerative agriculture and the activities taking place at their farm site near Chipping Norton.

13:00pm Hayles Fruit Farm - Cider and juice tasting hosted by Joe.

14:00pm The Cotswolds Baking Workshop - 'Demystifying the Macaron' - Macaron baking demo and tasting with founder Susie Whitfield.

15:00pm Dolcetti Ice Cream Company - Come and listen to how their ice cream is produced and even have a taste. Hosted by Rob Gibson.

16:00pm Gee Gee Gin - Distilled in Berkshire, listen to how this gin is produced. A truly unique and award-winning craft gin, Gee Gee Gin, was born from a passion of gin and horses. Talk given by Sarah James.
