9:30-10:15 Meet the Producer - Kate Salter, founder of local The Pink Salt Shed fresh artisan pesto brand based in Long Compton will demo and share ideas on how to use her ‘no-nonsense’ pesto products.

10:30-11:00 Matthew Pratt from Moreton Wine Merchants will hold a food and wine pairing session including a tasting of three of their popular wines.

11:15-11:45 Joe from Hayles Fruit Farm will host a tasting from their large range of apple juices and ciders.

12:00-12:45 Susie Whitfield from The Cotswolds Baking Workshop baking school will present a Parisian-style Macaron making demo and tasting.

1:00-1:30 Meet the Producer - Sam Lawson-King from King Stone Gin will host an Introduction to Gin and Cocktail Making and provide insight into how to make the perfect cocktail.

2:00-2:30 Maryanne Stefanovic from Cotswolds Rustic Cakes will demo how to decorate a semi-naked floral cake, including stacking, filling, icing the cake, and arranging flowers with some mini cupcakes to taste.

3:00-3:30 Matthew Pratt from Moreton Wine Merchants will hold a food and wine pairing session including a tasting of three of their popular wines.

4:00-4:30 Sam Lawson-King from The Scenic Supper will share the story behind his innovative restaurant concept and provide an Introduction to English Wines.

4:45 - 5:15 Mark Graham from family-owned Hook Norton Brewery will host a tutored beer tasting from their fantastic range of award winning beers.
